Logia 53. His disciples Said to Him: Is circumcision profitable or not? He said to them: If it were profitable, their father would have beget them circumcised from their mother. But the true circumcision in Spirit has become profitable in every way.

Rom. 2:25

For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law; but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.
Therefore, if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness [ordinance] of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?
And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of man, but of God.

Paul was trying to find an excuse for not having the gentiles take the act of circumcision, BUT in doing so he took away the symbol and also took away the reason back of it - the covenant with God.

Logia 54. Jesus said: Blessed are the poor, for yours is the Kingdom of Heaven.

The Poor were the Ebionites, meekness, humbleness, not concerned with money concerned only with God. The Poor are also all those without an all knowing attitude and are willing to be taught.

Logia 55. Jesus said: Whoever does not hate his father and his mother will not be able to be a disciple to Me, and whoever does not hate his brethren, and his sisters and does not take up his cross in My way will not be worthy of Me.

Here hate actually means - love less - Love your Mother and Father less than the Truth.

Logia 56. Jesus said: Whoever has known the world has found a corpse, and whoever has found a corpse, of him the world is not worthy.

As you keep looking for the wrongs thus you will surely find them. Here 'Known' is a profound certainty. The longer you live the more of your 'worlds' come to an end, the world is a state of consciousness where all is change.

Logia 57. Jesus said: the Kingdom of the Father is like a man who had good seed. His enemy came by night, he sowed weed among the good seed. The man did not permit them, the workers, to pull up the weed. He said to them: Lest perhaps you go to pull up the weed and pull up the wheat with it. For on the day of harvest the weed will appear, they will pull them and burn them.

He did not fight his enemies but let them be lest his new ideas be destroyed also. When the ideas were strong then the weeds would appear for what they were, and could be purified away.

Edison closed his ears to people who said he could not find what he was seeking; which is why he was deaf. He was a student of Mazda in India, which was why he named his invention after him. He tried 330 times before he found the perfection he was seeking.

Logia 58. Jesus said: Blessed is the man who has suffered, he has found the Life.

Blessed is the man who 'allows' things to flow.

Logia 59. Jesus said: Look upon the Living One as long as you live, lest you die and seek to see Him and be unable to see.

We tend to look on dead things, mull over things all over again and again. We have to let go.

Gospel of Philip
"This world, means to eat a corpse. Everything, which is eaten of it, is also hateful. Truth means to eat that which is living. Therefore none of those who are sustained by it are among those who die. Jesus has come from that place and has brought with him sustenance from thence. And to them who are willing gave he the living in order that they should not die.
